Very Good
The location was perfect. Steps away from Sasazuka Train Station, shopping Center and Restaurants.
The room was small.

A lovely, spacious room! Everything we needed to enjoy Tokyo
The most spacious room we stayed in in Japan! Many amenities and even a washer in unit, which was very helpful. Staff was friendly and the view from the balconies was quite nice.
Not having a lobby to make a phone call was different, but the lounge downstairs was a great substitute. The neighborhood nearby does not have a ton of night life, but it's only a short train ride away to rowdier areas.

Reccomended for families and friends who are looking for something worth your money.
The location of Sasazuka Terrace is excellent as it is one stop away from Shinjuku and 2 mins walk from Sasazuka. Also, it is very convenient that both Lawson and 7-11 are just downstairs. Cleanliness-wise, Sasazuka Terrace did really well. The toilet and kitchen areas are well-kept. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. But I do wish for a full length mirror in the apartment.
It is difficult to contact the staff as the front desk is manned by a CCTV so I'm not 100% sure that the staff are monitoring it.

Location was excellent. Very spacious and perfect for 3 of us.
Was hard to find.
